Why This Membership Exists
Our four memberships are each designed for a particular stage of search, and for most members one of them is exactly right. Occasionally, someone comes to us whose requirements do not fit a defined membership – because their life runs across more than one country, because their circumstances demand a level of confidentiality beyond the standard, or simply because what they are looking for is specific enough that it must be searched for rather than selected.
For those members we arrange something bespoke. There is no package and no name on a price list. There is a brief, agreed in private, and a team whose work is to fulfil it.

Search Without Borders
Our other memberships draw on our own membership, the wider Dating Options network and, where included, head-hunting across the United Kingdom. A bespoke membership carries no such boundary. Where a member's life spans more than one country, so does their search – conducted in market, with the same interview and verification standards we apply at home.
Built to a Brief, Not Chosen From a List
Every element is agreed before your search begins: where we search, how deeply, at what pace, with what degree of anonymity, and what support surrounds each introduction. The brief is written with you, signed off by you, and reviewed with you every quarter.
A Team, Not a Single Matchmaker
You are supported by a named Search Director who is personally accountable for your search, and behind them a research and vetting team who do the work of finding, verifying and interviewing. You speak to one person. Rather more than one person is working.

Relationship expertise
Sessions with the relationship expert, preparation before an introduction, and a considered conversation afterwards. Chosen by frequency rather than by allowance.

Presentation
Editorial photography, styling and wardrobe consultation, and preparation for the first meeting. Optional in full — some members want none of it, and that is a legitimate choice.

Introduction concierge
Where an introduction spans more than one country and both parties wish to meet, the arrangements take rather more than a diary. Travel coordination, private dining, venue selection and itinerary, arranged discreetly.

Life considerations
Children, faith, cultural expectation, willingness to relocate, dual residences, and how you would want a future partnership to be arranged. Written into the brief rather than discovered three introductions in.

Pace and term
A deliberate search conducted slowly, or a concentrated one over a defined period. The member sets the tempo.
No two bespoke memberships are the same, and none is assembled from a menu. When you speak to us, we will tell you honestly whether what you are looking for warrants this level of service, and if one of our defined memberships would serve you better we will say so.
Confidentiality, Set Down in Writing
Every Elect Club membership is confidential. Where a search is arranged privately, that confidentiality is also set down in writing before your search begins, and extends further.
Mutual non-disclosure applies to both parties in any introduction. Access to your file is restricted internally to your Search Director and the colleagues directly supporting your search. Where you would prefer no written profile to exist at all, we will present you verbally and nothing will be committed to paper. And where discretion requires it, your identity can be withheld entirely until both you and the person recommended have agreed to be introduced.
For members whose name or face carries professional weight, this is often the reason they are able to consider a search at all.
Wherever Your Life Happens to Be
London and the United Kingdom remain the heart of our membership. Beyond it, we search where our members live, work and spend their time – across Europe, North America, the Gulf, and Asia-Pacific – drawing on our own network, on trusted colleagues in market, and on research commissioned specifically for your brief.
Wherever someone is found, the standard does not change. Every person put forward has been identity-verified and personally interviewed.
The Process
An extended, confidential meeting to understand your circumstances, what you are looking for, and whether a bespoke membership is right for you. Not everyone who enquires is accepted, and not everyone who is accepted needs this level of service.
We draft your search brief together, covering geography, depth of search, discretion, pace and the support you want around each introduction. Nothing begins until you have approved it.
Your Search Director and their team begin work – within our membership, across the Dating Options network, and through head-hunting wherever your brief directs.
Each person is presented to you individually and in context. You decide whether you would like to be introduced. Nothing arrives unannounced and there is never a list to work through.
Where both parties agree, we make the introduction – and, where your membership includes it, we arrange everything around it.
After each introduction we talk properly. Every quarter, we revisit the brief itself. The search should be better in month nine than it was in month one.
How This Differs From Our Memberships
Opulence, Affluence, Essence and Welcome are each complete memberships, designed with real care for a particular stage of search, and the great majority of our members are served best by one of them.
A bespoke membership is not a larger version of any of them. It is a different way of working – one that begins with a blank page rather than a defined membership, and one that carries no geographical limit. We arrange a small number of them each year, for members whose requirements warrant it.

A bespoke membership is priced to its brief, and the brief is written with you. We do not publish a figure because there is no single figure to publish – a search across two continents with a dedicated researcher is a different undertaking from a search across two cities.
What we can say is that this is the most substantial way we work, and that the conversation about fee happens openly and early, once we both understand what the search involves.
