Arros QD is widely considered to be one of the top destinations in London for Spanish cuisine – even by native Spaniards. It is led by multi-Michelin-starred Spanish chef Quique Dacosta, whose flagship restaurant in Alicante, Spain holds three Michelin stars.
Throughout the evening, boutique wine importer Promised Cask will be pouring five wines tracing a path through the South of France: a crisp Provençal Rosé, a characterful Provençal red, a Côtes du Rhône Villages with all its classic warmth and spice, and a Gigondas, bold and structured from one of the Rhône’s best appellations. The final wine will be a mystery selection, giving guests the chance to use the knowledge gained during the tasting to pinpoint its origin.
Promised Cask works directly with independent wine producers across France, Italy, Portugal and Germany, bringing you the growers’ stories along with great wine. With their bespoke selection of wines from the South of France paired with Arros QD’s wood-fired rice dishes and Spanish flavours, this promises to be a fantastic night out!
